Boys Program​ Classes

Boys Recreational Program for ages 4 1/2 +

Young Beginner Boys

4 1/2 -6 Year Olds – 50 min

This class is for boys wishing to increase coordination, balance and strength.  Basic skills are taught on floor, such as handstands, cartwheels, rolls and bridge ups. They work on basic skills on rings, parallel bars, vault, bars, pommel horse, and various conditioning.

Beginner Boys Classes

7-9 Year Olds – 50 min

This class is for boys wishing to increase coordination, balance and strength.  Basic skills are taught on floor, such as handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, rolls,  and bridge ups. They work on basic skills on rings, parallel bars, vault, bars, pommel horse, and various conditioning and flexibility moves.  It is a great class for building a better body in a fun way.

Boys Class

7 Year Olds and older – 1 hour

The following skills are required to register for this class:

  • Handstand
  • Backward Roll
  • Good Cartwheel  
  • Running Round-Off
  • Strong Bridge

They work on basic skills on rings, parallel bars, vault, bars, pommel horse, and various conditioning and flexibility moves.  It is a great class for building a better body in a fun way.

Summer Boys Recreational Classes

Boys Team Program

Level 2

(experience required) | 1 hour & 30 min
 

This class is for boys that wanting to compete in gymnastics during our competitive season. (Jan-May)  This class is for boys  wanting to stay in gymnastics and continue their skills on

Advanced Bars,  Rings, pommel horse,  Vault and Trampoline  Skills will also be added.

Conditioning, flexibility and strength will be stressed. Great class for building a better body for any sport.

Level 3+

1 year of Travel team experience | 2 hours 

This class is for boys wishing to increase coordination, balance, and strength.  Basic skills are taught on floor, such as handstands, cartwheels, forwards and backwards rolls, and bridge ups. They work on basic skills on rings, parallel bars, vault, bars, pommel horse, and various conditioning.
