Boys and Girls Tumbling Classes
Must have a roundoff and backbend – 50 min.
This class is for students wanting to advance their tumbling skills. Class will include stretching, flexibility, and warm up. Tumblers will work on the spring floor with barrels and boulder mats (back handspring trainer) are used to teach front & back handspring and aerials. There will be time to work on trampoline as well to work on harder skills on a safer surface.
